Secondments Pty Ltd was launched on 1 April 2015, after the business was acquired from Ernst & Young’s Secondments portfolio (part of EY’s Advisory Services), which had been in operation since 2003. The business was acquired as a going concern, with the full staff complement, including all clients. The change allowed us to broaden the scope of clients that we offer services to, while still enjoying the full support of the EY Africa Executive Committee.
Secondments is a BBBEE contribution level 1, 100% black-owned recruitment company.

Siphiwe Dondolo
Siphiwe Dondolo (Managing Director) has an impressive track record working in the staffing and recruitment industry, with extensive experience in business strategy analysis and trends, budgeting, HR consulting and executive management. He is a strong business development professional with a BCom degree in Industrial Psychology & Human Resources Management, and a Management Advancement Programme (MAP).
