Introduction:
The company has a need to permanently appoint suitably qualified candidates who are highly driven, passionate about sales, possess ability to develop strong client relations, can ensure and maintain a healthy pipeline and can demonstrate proven track record of meeting revenue targets as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR/ Business Management/ Sales, Marketing/Financial Management and or related;
10 years proven track record of recruitment, business development and revenue generation in the agency recruitment industry, 4 years should be at management level;
Sound working knowledge of recruitment industry and trends;
Solid understanding of agency recruitment processes including 360 recruitment cycle
Recruitment systems platform experience would be an added advantage
Intermediate MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle.

• Non-negotiable ability to meet revenue targets consistently;
• Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills;
• Client liaison skills and relationship management abilities;
• Highest standard of professionalism and polished appearance and grooming;
• Resilient and business acumen;
• Ability to work independently.

Job Duties:
• Source new business using various methods;
• Meet monthly sales targets by driving and closing on sales opportunities;
• Promote the company’s services by addressing and or predicting clients’ objectives;
• Generate and compile sales proposals, quotations and tender documents
